Hi,

Last I checked, the GumROS tutorial was based on quite an old version
of ROS.  This is not to say these instructions are bad but this may be
a tricky package to cross-compile.  I know others have had more
success using a Ubuntu or Linaro base image and then installing ROS
from source directly (I think this is the 'from SVN' instructions on
ROS.org) on the COM.  It might take an hour or two to actually compile
though.
