Gumstix run at 600 to 720Mhz. Im not too sure what type of data logging is taking place but the Overo's seem over powered for simple data logging and are quite power hungry. I have a possible employer asking about power consumption, and I'm having trouble as I haven't learned about a lot of these things yet. I need to know if an Overo product with internal A/D connections or a Verdex product with external A/D connections will consume less power. He needs a new product to log sensor data faster while consuming the least amount of power.
