Hi, I'm actually composing this email from an Overo Fire + Tobi combination hooked up to an HDMI monitor. The COM is sporting the Linaro Internet Platform (ALIP) readily connecting to a password protected wifi network (after I hot plugged a USB mouse and keyboard). In all honesty, the system seemed sluggish when I opened Firefox and attempted to watch a Youtube video however, I didn't touch the mpurate nor am I using a higher memory Overo Tide so the performance probably varies quite a bit. All this to say, I've updated the wiki page on Linaro http://wiki.gumstix.org/index.php?title=Linaro in case others want to give it a whirl. Linaro Alpha 3 arrived a week or so ago and the first Beta candidate is due at the end of March. -Ash On Wed, Mar 9, 2011 at 8:46 AM, Ash Charles <as...@gu...> wrote: > Hi, > > For those interested in using Linaro, I'd actually put a wiki page > together: http://wiki.gumstix.org/index.php?title=Linaro (and I'd love > contributions :) ). > > The page is a result of working with the Linaro team to get the Overo > hardware pack together; it references an older Alpha 2 milestone build > which has broken display support.
