Hi Philip, Thanks for the reply. I tried the following Koen's earlier suggestion, and it worked. I have to go to the linux-omap3-2.6.29.bb file, and change the PR variable to a higher release number, e.g PR = "r1" and then re-run the bitbake command. Then I can try to enable a set of android patches, increment the PR number and re-run the bitbake command, and trouble shoot build failures steps by step, and then modify the source files, to resolve the build failures.
