Hi Scott, >> What does >> >> ls -l /usr/bin/[sr]z >> >> show? > > root@gumstix-custom-verdex:~/FOLDER$ ls -l /usr/bin/[sr]z > lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 3 Jan 1 1970 /usr/bin/rz -> lrz > lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 3 Jan 1 1970 /usr/bin/sz -> lrz > > > Thanks for leaving feedback, any information is useful! Interesting. In my 1161 version I get # ls -l /usr/bin/[sr]z -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 56012 Dec 28 2007 /usr/bin/rz -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 59844 Dec 28 2007 /usr/bin/sz Do "sz --help" and "rz --help" both show the same thing? Or does one say that it sends files and one say it receives files? The only thing I can think of trying (just a stab in the dark) is to try: rm /usr/bin/sz cp /usr/bin/lrz /usr/bin/sz Otherwise, I think it's a configuration issue. -- Dave Hylands Vancouver, BC, Canada http://www.DaveHylands.com/ |
