Hi, I have a connex-400bt (release 1161), cf-stix and robostix. I am trying to enable I2C between the connex and robostix. I have followed the steps on the wiki, successfully reflashing the system with a new build and am trying to test it out. When using modprobe i2c-dev and modprobe i2c-pxa I receive the following errors: modprobe i2c-dev WARNING: Error inserting i2c_core (/lib/modules/2.6.20-rt5gum/kernel/sound/i2c/i 2c-core.ko): Invalid module format FATAL: Error inserting i2c_dev (/lib/modules/2.6.20-rt5gum/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2 c-dev.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg) # modprobe i2c-pxa WARNING: Error inserting i2c_core (/lib/modules/2.6.20-rt5gum/kernel/sound/i2c/i 2c-core.ko): Invalid module format FATAL: Error inserting i2c_pxa (/lib/modules/2.6.20-rt5gum/kernel/drivers/i2c/bu sses/i2c-pxa.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg) At the end of dmesg: i2c_core: version magic '2.6.18gum mod_unload ARMv5 gcc-3.4' should be '2.6.20-r t5gum preempt mod_unload ARMv5 ' i2c_dev: Unknown symbol i2c_get_adapter i2c_dev: Unknown symbol i2c_master_recv i2c_dev: Unknown symbol i2c_register_driver i2c_dev: Unknown symbol i2c_transferter i2c_dev: Unknown symbol i2c_master_send i2c_core: version magic '2.6.18gum mod_unload ARMv5 gcc-3.4' should be '2.6.20-r i2c_pxa: Unknown symbol i2c_del_adapter i2c_pxa: Unknown symbol i2c_add_adapter I'll note that my system was originally a version 1161 and when I reflashed it, it is now 1374M. I'm guessing I need to update these I2C files, but how do I go about this? Thanks for the help, ~Andy Klesh |
