The bootloader should be usable with any software. You just need to use the i2c-load program to download your program. If you use uisp, then you will wipe out the bootloader. Note that the i2c-bootloader stuff currently assumes that the robostix is an i2c-slave, and not a master. For example, you can use i2c-load to download Flash-LED.hex to the robostix. Flash-LED doesn't know anything about i2c. Obviously, once the bootloader has transferred control over to Flash-LED, then the i2c programs won't be able to communciate with the robostix via i2c, unless you reset it (at which point there is a few second window where the bootloader has control. -- Dave Hylands Vancouver, BC, Canada http://www.DaveHylands.com/ |
