I asked this same question awhile back and it was not answered, did I miss 
the answer this time. There are a lot of questions surrounding the serial 
ports posted, and it sure would be
nice to see a straightforward explanation somewhere.

I need two serial ports with RTS/CTS handshake in addition to Bluetooth from
a basix 400-bt.
It looks like I can achieve this with an HWUART board as follows:

1. Switch Bluetooth to use the Bluetooth UART instead of the Hardware UART
(ttyS1 instead of ttyS3).
    Set GPIO42 to AF1_in and GPIO43 to AF2_out.
    Set GPIO48 to AF1_out and GPIO49 to AF1_in.
    The 4-wire HWUART will then be available on U$7.

2. Connect Y0_RTS from the Hirose to U$6 pin 6.
    Connect Y0_CTS from the Hirose to U$6 pin 2.
    Set GPIO35 to AF1_in and GPIO41 to AF2_out.
This will enable the handshake lines for the FFUART on U$6.

Is there anything on the basix 400-bt that will prevent this from working?
