In u-boot, try: GUM> erase 1:30 GUM> md.l 0x003c0000 You should get all 0xFFFFFFFF in that sector after the erase. If you don't, that means the flash sector's "worn out". If you do get all 0xFFFFFFFF then you probably didn't do a complete erase before copying your root_fs into flash before. C |
