Essentially, i want to control a lamp via a program and also a switch. The
lamp is controlled by a relay connected to GPIO31. I want to also sense a
push-button switch on another line (GPIO113) and, in response, toggle the
state of GPIO31, so that the lamp is controlled programatically as well as
What's the best way of doing this? I figured having an interrupt raised on
the rising / falling edge of GPIO113 would do the trick. Are there any GPIO
ports that already provide this functionality or do i need to use some
custom driver magic?
here's what i'm working with:
Verdex XL6P @ 400Mhz
Buildroot r1614 linux-2.6.21-gum
I have GPIO working with modprobe proc-gpio
i came across the following posts, but not sure which of these are still
valid. Hopefully someone has had success / experience working with these.
got a 404 on Dave's link
is it the same as this one?
