I'm not quite sure what you're asking by "remove a command line".
u-boot has some variables. You can delete a variable by using setenv.
setenv foo 1
Would see foo to 1.
would delete the variable foo.
saveenv saves all of the current variables.
printenv will printout the value of all of the variables.
