If you're asking for physical addresses, then u-boot is the place to
look. In particular the
Normally this information would only be useful if you were going to be
using an OS other than linux.
Once linux is running, you only use virtual addresses, except for DMA,
but when you allocate memory for DMA you're given both the physical
and virtual addresses so that's not a problem.
