I was sad there are problems to transfer one program with ncurses lib to
target machine, but there is no ncurses.h.
I think almost target machine does not has ncurses.h. so it is hard to
control the cursor postions in the srcreen.
in my program , i used
term_up = tgetstr ("up", &buffer);
term_down = tgetstr ("do", &buffer);
term_dc = tgetstr ("dc", &buffer);
term_DC = tgetstr ("DC", &buffer);
to get them .
how can I get the cursor up, down, left, right chars without "tgetstr "?

That's because it's disabled by default.
You can enable it by doing the following:
... Under Package Selection for the target scroll down and enable ncurses
... You don't need the ncurses headers on the target option that shows up
... Exit saving your changes
