I think that it would be useful to have the usleep command enabled in
BusyBox. Currently, the smallest amount of time that a shell script
can sleep is 1 second.

If you've got perl and don't mind forking it, you could use
perl -e 'select undef, undef, undef, 0.5'
Pretty expensive though :(
