Sorry, I got the Pins wrong, It is pin 39 that is acting strange.
Without anyting conected( No USB cabels or Com, just VCC and Gnd) The
pin goes high? This seems very strange to me..

I observe the same thing using my waysmall board. Looking at the PXA
Developer's Manual, on page 405 (of 600), the USB Idle state has UDC+
as being high, which would cause GPIO-39 to be high, so this seems
For a host device, UDC+ should be low when no device is plugged in,
and this is how it detects that no cable is present. So it makes sense
that UDC+ for a device (i.e. the gumstix) should be high when no USB
activity is occurring.
