Gordon and I were talking about JTAG. On the robostix we're going to
have the ability to program the robostix directly from the gumstix. It
occured to us that having a similar capability to control a JTAG might
also be useful.
You could then use this to debug your robostix. You could also use one
gumstix to run a JTAG on another.
So I thought I would throw this out for discussion and see what others
thought of it.
For the Robostix, it looks like it shouldn't be too difficult to add JTAG.
The JTAG connector needs to connect to Vcc, GND, Reset, and 4 of the
ADC pins (which have functions TCK, TDO, TDI, and TMS when used as a

heard that there are some open source JTAG controller side software
available, but I'm not familiar with the names.
