Is it possible to manually re-trigger the scan for MMC cards in the
on-module microSD socket?
When I boot with no card in the slot, I don't get /dev/mmcblk*, so I
can't mount the card. If I build the kernel so that MMC support is in
modules, I can't boot with an MMC rootfs with the same kernel.
