currently, I am using the Gumstix Overo Fire COM. It comes with both TI_DSP
and ARM Cortex-A8 CPU. I want to use both neon and DSP libraries to
accelerate the application.
I am wondering what compiler can compile both neon and DSPlibraries? is
Codesourcery tool-chain able to do this?

You build the dsp code with TI Code composer(or the free linux
commandline tools version) then load it with the bridge module (dsplink)
UTS CRICOS Provider Code: 00099F
