Thank you for your suggestion. I have confirmed any errors in logcat.
But, I have no errors. I can input text by the android keyboard and/or
USB keyboard. But, I can't see my typed text in the android keyboard,
the typed text field is overlaped by status bar. Did you see typed
text in the android keyboard?

I have found workaround to use TinyKeyboard instead of standard
Android keyboard. The TinyKeyboard is following link.
The TinyKeyboard is more small size, then fit to QVGA.
So, the EditText field is able to see on the TinyKeyboard.
