I'm wondering if anyone out there has built a custom daughter-board for
the connex platform that made use of both the 60-pin and 92-pin
connectors. I'm trying to build this board for a project that has
limited funding, and so I'd like to save on manufacturing costs as well
as space by only having to roll one board per design revision.
I was thinking maybe a custom FPC w/ solder pads matching the
appropriate connector's pads could act as a simple adapter for routing
the 60-pin connection around to the other side of the board. Any
thoughts on this route? Would the FPC really need to be custom, or is
there an FPC/FFC out there already that people are using?
Thanks in advance,
