I tried stock openwince-jtag 0.5.1 and a (good) wiggler clone in attempt
to connect to gumstix. It failed. Them I attempted compiling the
modified openwince-jtag I've found hosted at gumstix's svn repository.
Couldn't manage how to get it going, it seems my openwince-includes from
0.5.1 weren't good, read somewhere I should try 0.4.2, but that didn't
work as well.
I later tried to recompile 0.5.1 modifying it a bit, I grabbed the
wiggler.c from gumstix's branch and succeeded communicating with the
pxa, but the flash detection won't work.
Does anyone knows if this branched version is still maintained and/or if
I can get it to compile at all? I couldn't find an easy way to either
reflash or load u-boot to ram, either would do. I've seem reports from
some people claiming to succeed reflashing with this.
That recommended program for windows is a no-go to me, both 'cause I
don't happen to have windows at hand, and I have a wiggler clone, I
doubt it works correctly even if I do some tricks, I've been trying them
on other platforms to no success..
Any help very much appreciated...
