For anyone who has set up an LCD with Gumstix: Where do you go to get flexible printed circuit (FPC) LCD pinout signal adapter ribbon cables? Alternatively, where do you get breakout boards for ribbon cable pinout signal adaptation? Here are some possibilities from Google Directory: http://www.cosmotronic.com/ http://www.pcll.net/ http://www.matrixsales.com/ http://www.qualcirc.com/ http://www.cimulec.com/anglais/index.html http://www.protocircuit.com/ http://www.ec160.com/qjpcb/ http://www.e-response.com/ http://www.futuracircuits.com/futura1_001.htm http://www.welsa.com/ Are any of those better than the others? I bought a .5mm pitch breakout board (Q100-80) from http://www.beldynsys.com. I then bought the fpc and connector from Digikey (maybe mouser?) and with a bit of patience soldered it together. Total cost ~$70. Bellin was really helpful.
