As no one seems to know how to use a parallel LCD with the Pinto, I`m looking
at using a tiny OLED screen from 4DSystems that connects via the serial
port. There is a problem though, in that you are supposed to send a
shutdown command to the screen before removing power, or the screen can be
damaged. How would I manage that with a Pinto-TH board? Presumably instead
of a switch connected to the input power, the power switch would connect to
something like the POWER_ON or GPIO0_WAKEUP pins, but I can't figure out how
it would shut down when the power switch triggers the GPIO event. For
example, if I type "shutdown now" it shuts down but does not actually power
down the board?
