Hi to everybody,
I am going to write a navigation program and will be using some pins for
parallel data tranfer from another Gumstix motherboard.
Looking at the PXA manual I didn't find any parallel slave hardware
Because I don't want the first Gumstix to wait until the second one
understands the need for data transfer (software rts cts checking)
I would like to ask how is it possible to have another processing running
parallel with the main program.
Is there any example of how to write a parallel program (thread)?
Which is the maximum switching between programs. I have read that the Kernel
frequency can reach 1000 Hz.
Is this the limit?
Is there a way to deactivate the kernel interrupt driver that checks the
GEDRx registers and clears any interrupts that have occured?
I have the Gumstix basix 400xm motherboard. Could someone please tell me if
any of the 60 pins on hirose are connected to the MMC card slot as well?
