I'm new to OE and GumStix (currently playing with a Fire + summit), but not
to linux as a whole (debian/ubuntu being my favourite flavors, but i wouldnt
call myself a guru). i can see from the following post:
... youve managed to clear this one, however i'm still stuck here, and have
been for days! The sites you posted are the same as what my failure shows
up. As a question, was it a sheer fluke, or did you do something "extra" to
clear this issue. I'm building on a debian Vserver VM - shouldnt really
matter given it's the fetch which is failing, and ive followed that guide to
the letter too, but cant get the damn kernel down!
For all: is there any way i can get this by other means and 'inject' into
the build/source location to clear this step? (where-ever that may be, still
learning BB ... the hard way!)
