looks like this error:
Apparently there is a misspelling in the buildroot. Check out the /packet/alsa-lib/alsa-lib.mk & Config.in. In buildroot v1360 the variable is once written BR2_PACKAGE_ALSA_LIB and once BR2_PACKAGE_ALSA-LIB (alsa-lib.mk at the bottom). If the variables are changed to the same name the library is at least building. The same goes for the alsa-utils.
