This is losely related to Nik Martin's question but I'm focused on kernel module developement. I searched the wiki and wasn't able to find a sample Makefile for building kernel modules with the gumstix cross compiling environment. I'm looking to develope and build the modules outside of the gumstix_buildroot src tree. If there is an easier way I'd try it, but this seems cleaner. I did copy the main Makefile from the gumtix_buildroot src tree and modified it but could not get it right. Would someone like to post a tested Makefile? Maybe the better question is what is the process for building and loading a kernel module with a gumstix? Cheers David Judkovics |
