Looking at the specs for the Marvell WiFi chips I see that the BB/MAC chip
can support 802.11a, but I can't seem to find a module with an 802.11a front
end. Does anyone know if and where they can be had (and if they will work
with the Marvell driver)?
If not, does anyone know of alternative 802.11a NICs that are available in a
form-factor suitable for the Verdex family (e.g. CF, USB) and supported by
Linux? It seems 802.11g/n has pushed 802.11a out of the market, but I need
high-speed 5GHz operation for a research project.
