I have the Overo-fire on a Chestnut board and I am using the Minimalistic Enlightenment GUI, OS is from (http://www.sakoman.com/feeds/omap3/glibc/images/overo/201004022212/). I am developing an application using the Crank software (storyboard). In order for the Crank software to work I stop the gui by  calling "pkill gpe-dm".
The problem I have is that the screen turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity and the little 4.3" touchscreen becomes unresponsive. The system is not crashing or rebooting. It just seems that the power-save mode or the screen saver start and there is no way to get the system back unless I reboot. I have used the screensaver configuration application in Enlightenment but no settings seem to work. I have also modified the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file to include the following, but that does not stop the screen from becoming blank.
Section "ServerFlags"
Option  "blank time" "0" #this blanks the screen
Option  "standby time" "0" #This is DPMS
        Option  "suspend time" "0" #DPMS
        Option  "off time" "0" #DPMS

What do I need to do to avoid the power-save mode or the screensaver to kick in at all.
