I'm having problems detecting when my overo connects to the network with avahi.
I'm running an avahi detection software in my pc that successfully detects devices when they get connected to the network. The same software will detect the overo, as long as the it is running before I start the software in my pc.
When my detection software is running before and then I power on the overo, I receive a new connection from the IP 254.128.0.0 but it fails to get the IP of the device (assigned with auto dhcp), %95 of the time.
I have the avahi-daemon running and avahi-autoipd installed. With the same software, other devices are detected.
The only difference is that others use IPv4 instead of IPv6 in the overo, but I don't think it's related.
any suggestion of ways to trace it would be much appreciated.
