It seems...

 Possible values for speed are: 50, 75, 110, 134, 200, 300, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 19.2, 38400, 38.4, exta, and extb.
Note: exta, 19200, and 19.2 are synonyms; extb, 38400, and 38.4 are synonyms.
