Well, it looks like it is getting to the point where it's trying to load the smsc911 driver module and trying to run the init portion of it, and then it blows up. Badly.

Where did you get the driver? Did you download it? or did you build it yourself?
Cuz it sure looks like that driver.ko file is somehow corrupted or built for teh wrong processor.

Are you working with a Verdex? or an Overo?  It looks like you got a
register dump and traceback .  If you are working with an MMC card, you will
want to back that change out.. also, if you can provide more of the trace it
would help.

Also, you are getting these messages at boot time, right? and not when you
actually type the echo command.. yes?
