Thanks again.  I used the mmc procedure.  I did have to change the bootargs (root=1f01), because I ran into the problem someone else posted, but everything seems to be working now.

The fastest way would be to use an MMC card, or tftp via ethernet.

If you have neither, then you pretty much have to use serial, which
should take about 10-20 minutes.
