FS (frame sync or frame select) is SSPFRM2 on http://docwiki.gumstix.org/Verdex_60pin_connector_chart. Your naming convention seems different so you’re probably using a different source, but look for SSP (sync serial protocol) in what you’ve got to identify the SPI signals.

Which pin on the 60 Pin connector is the SS (Slave Select) for the SPI Interface ?
I can only find 3 (MOSI-SSPTX, MISO-SSPRX, SCLK-SSPCLK)
