I am no expert, but it should work as it has nothing to do with the board but with USB itself.. If a PC finds your USB2serial, then the board should 2..

Again, my view, no expert (May be wrong!)

Hi,

I'm hoping to get some advise about attaching two USB-to-Serial device to my
Palo35+OveroCom Fire. What I'm thinking is:
1) connecting the http://www.gumstix.com/store/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=219 cable
to the USB-Host on the Palo35.
2) Getting a usb hub and a converter for the mini-B to standard-USB from radioshack
3) And connecting the USB-to-Serial device to the hub

My question is, would that work?
I'm not sure what kind of hub do I need. Does any USB hub work?
Plus, I believe I will need to convert the mini-B cable to standard-USB.
Can I just get a converter from Radioshack? Or do I need some special cable.

Thank you in advance.
