It is an understatement to say that the

IRobot-create encoder and gumstix.
Hi All,
I want to use IRobot-create with gumstix
for a localization task. For this i will be using the wheel encoder present on
IRobot-create robot base to measure the turning angle.
Before i start using it i would like to know if anybody has previous experience
with create and please let me know about its encoder precision. Also if anybody
can throw some light on what sensors can be used for localization in an indoor
environment it would be of great help.
