Yes, this is correct. SCTP supports in Seagull comes as an additional 
transport library (libtrans_sctp). The choice to use this library or the 
TCP/UDP library is done in an XML configuration file.

Note: I am speaking about Seagull test tool here, not another 
application (for which I cannot speak!)
