Hi David, Thanks a lot, this worked. The AVP was already defined as OctetString, I was earlier entering the actual value and tried different ways to add quotes and it failed. Now, I took the string converted it to hex and added '0x' as prefix and tried. This way seagull is actually sending out the quotes in the AVP value. <avp name="Identifier" value="0x7265663d2275726e25334175726e2d37253341336770702d736572766963652e696d732e6963736922"> </avp> Thanks again.
