[Seagull-users] Not able to send DWA

Hello,

I want to try scenario where I need to send CCRu after 180 seconds of
receiving CCAi. I have updated the scenario file accordingly to create the
delay.

But the problem is the simulator doesnt responds with DWA to the DWR it
receives from the server. Please help me to send the DWA.
