[Gull-commit] ISUP+TPKT and source changes

Hi, 
I am new so if i am asking some nonsense, sorry. If i want to configure ISUP+TPKT on seagull, how can i do it. Problem is in the mandatory part of ISUP, so as i figure it out i should change the source. Does anyone have better solution?
Also, i did a couple of small changes to source so it can support parameters with no length and value fields (just code of parameter field) and similar things. How my changes can make way to official version of seagull.
