I am using CWin98SE with Windows update,
when I use the "Save Thumbnails" for Media Player
Classic 6.4.9.0,
I always get this error
"Invalid image format, cannot create thumbnails out of
24 bpp dibs".
(already try many row/cloumn/pixel setting)

What is the problem ?
How can I use the "Save Thumbnails" function ?

Thanks for any help.

What kind of media do you try to play, when you get this error?

You get this error message if your "bpp dibs" is too low (32
    bit/pixel needed):
    " if(bi->bmiHeader.biBitCount != 32){drop your error essage} "

Gabest can help you, I don't know what can be the problem.

Do you have DirectX9 installed on your PC?
What renderer do you use (VMR7/9, Overlay Mixer)?

Do you still experience this issue?

Hopefully you've gotten a newer puter by now.

If you still have the same problem try turning off the hardware acceleration to graphics hardware.

control panel>>display>>settings>>advanced...>>troubleshooting(switch Hardware Acc. to off)(reboot and try)
