Thank you for your great product.
I'm sorry to having bothered you about the bugs that
should have been reported to ffdshow. I'm responsible
for some of such bugs.

This patch fixes two bugs of ffdshow-tryouts.

The bugs:
If you use VMR9 renderless without "VMR9 mixer mode"
checked,
and ffdshow uses "Queue output samples",
and ffdshow outputs RGB32,
and you use specific video card,
when you pause the video,
the video sometimes blackout.

In the same setting, when you press "F5:Save Image",
you may receive an error message.

Basically I should fix the bug from the code of
ffdshow, but it is imposible.
Again I'm sorry to bother you.

Patched Media Player Classic + newest ffdshow can use
queue without these bugs.
Patched Media Player Classic + old ffdshow: no merit.
With non patched Media Player Classic, newest ffdshow
does not use queue in the setting above.

The code is desined not to affect too much unless you
use the newest ffdshow-tryouts.
