please move ini file to user's accounts

Please can you move the ini settings file to user's account folders i.e. to AppData folders.

Settings should be specific to account users and not to windows as a whole.

I don't want other users to see my history list in the ini file which is located in the program location.

I have turned off the ini file option and used the registry to store settings, but MPC takes a long time to launch if I choose this option.

Moving the ini file to user specific AppData folders would be the wisest choice to store settings for any program.
