trying to scroll to a specific point in a video can be challenging if the video is long

how about adding a keystroke (eg., <ctrl><shift>) enabled increase in scroll bar sensitivity, maybe with a magnified 10x "zoom" highlight of the scrollbar during keystroke while cursor is on scroll bar? (or something easy and intuitive that achieves the same temporary increase in scrollbar sensitivity)
