I was trying to run MPC 6.4.9.0 ,as well as other earier versions however I get he following error:
mplayerc.exe - Application Error
The exception Breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occured in the application at location 0x0047505b.
Can someone shed some light on that error, what is MPC trying to do at that memory location?
Nothing I know of has changed in my OS, Windows XP SP2 to cause this, so I am not clear what all of a sudden caused this error. Are there DLL in windows that might be corrupt I need to fix?
Thanks in advance...Amro
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Far as I know nothing should have changed but perhaps I applied a "security patch" without sufficiently reviewing the small print. It isn't just Media Player Classic that crashes but it does crash extremely frequently, compared to hardly ever crashing until recently.
