This only started happening just recently, but it's already getting on my nerves. The problem is that whenever I open ANY file (preferably video) and try to switch to full screen, all I see is some dark blue screen without any of the video. I can still hear the audio, but nothing appears to be there visually. What the hell is up with this?
When I came across this, I found it was due to a wrong setting in the 'Playback-Output' section of MPC. What is yours set to?
Might be also in your interest to inform the forum of the version of the OS you're using MPC on, what version of MPC, what codec was used in the video, what version of Microsoft Media Player you have installed?
I discovered it had something to do with the video frame settings - it wasn't set to fit to frame. Now it is and it works.
