What Ogg Splitter does MPC use? Is there a standalone DS version of it? I'm aware of OggDS but the makes me install a vorbis decoder and an encoder and a mux that i don't want.

MPC use a built-in ogg splitter filter.
Unfortunatly, gabest doesn't not provide a standalone version to download, but you can compile it yourself easily with the sources in guliverkli's project CVS.

You can also find a standalone build of the filter in my litle codec pack (http://tlcp.tzim.net)

You might want to try CoreVorbis:

actualy corevorbis contains only ogg decoder, ogg media still needs his own splitter so or OggDS or player capable of ogm splitting and corevorbis (actualy this is in matroska pack) for decoding audio.
