When seeking within a video file that audio loaded from
an external file (i.e. automatically when filename is the
same), A/V go out of sync.
1. Have a video file with its audio soundtrack stored as a
external .wav file with the same base filename (i.e.
foo.avi and foo.wav).
2. Play the video file and MPC will load the .wav file
automatically as an external soundtrack.
3. Seek within the video file.
Audio stays in sync with the video.
Audio goes out of sync with the video as early as the
first seek. The only way to keep the audio in sync with
the video is never to seek.
