#74 Build fails with boost 1.69

Hello Hermann,

There's a build issue on Arch since the last boost upgrade (1.69):

The official Arch package already includes a patch:
https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/guitarix2-boost-1.69.patch?h=packages/guitarix2

But it is not clear if this was reported already, so just in case here's a ticket with build & configure logs
