New feature in SVN.

I've added support for > 1 effects. This should allow anyone to implement practice routines for any musical instrument. So if you want to submit your own routines send them to me. I also need a volunteer to setup a wiki to make this automatic.

I've begun work on audio playback, but not a lot of progress yet beyond choosing libsndfile and alsa.
